Solution to the phenomenon of "jamming" of the sewing machine for container bags

time:2021-07-19

The container bag thick sewing machine can sew container bags and other thick materials. However, when sewing thick materials, the phenomenon of "stuck" is the most troublesome. If this happens, it should be solved in time, otherwise it will affect production.

When we encounter that the whole machine of the bagging sewing machine is stuck, we should first turn off the power supply, disconnect from the main shaft belt, and try to rotate the main shaft pulley clockwise and anticlockwise by hand to see if there is any gap and whether it can rotate forward and reverse at a certain angle. Try to push or pull in the axial direction by hand, observe whether there is a reasonable clearance in the axial direction, then open the rear cover of the machine, start from the main shaft wheel, and check whether there is any suture winding between the main shaft wheel and the shaft sleeve; Whether the tooth lifting and feeding eccentric cam is annealed due to lack of oil and high temperature; Whether the clearance between gears is reasonable; Whether the screw fixing the thread take-up crank is loose and moves outward; Whether there is a reasonable clearance between the needle bar connecting column and the needle bar, and between the needle bar and the sleeve, and where the transmission clearance ends. Find out the fault point where the machine is stuck from the change of the gap. Start from the main shaft wheel to observe the coordination of the transmission transfer points of the relevant parts, observe whether the change of the clearance is reasonable, and check it one by one. If the transmission clearance of the parts is terminated, it can be preliminarily judged that there is a stuck point of the parts, and then determine the cause of the stuck.

Sometimes, due to the long-time operation or maintenance of the machine, the assembly screws are not tight, and the loose external rotation causes the parts to be stuck with the casing. When the machine is forced to reverse, it will rotate at a certain angle, and when it is rotated at a certain angle, it will be stuck. For example, the fixing screws of the take-up crank of the thick material sewing machine are loose and stuck with the casing.
